Very nice hotel. Staff is very nice & accommodating. Rooms are clean & comfy. They offer shuttle to Mayo Clinic & do everything they can to make you comfortable.Breakfast is good. I will always stay here when I visit Rochester. Great location. Comfortable setting. Very quiet & restful after a long day. Management is great as well.
The rooms are very basic and need some updating, but the price couldn't be beat. Great breakfast choices. Easy drive to the clinic with shuttle service available.
This was the first place in year's that the beds were amazing sleep vary hand. Also the person at the front desk was vary helpful and friendly. Room were vary clean
Staff was very nice, never met one that wasn’t kind. Their breakfast was great! Yogurt, waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels, etc. Room was comfy and adequate. They shouldn’t advertise for a fitness room though, because just about everything is broken.
Great value with some charming details. We used as an alternative to being put in a kid’s bedroom when staying with family. Far better option than a motel, same price. Realized how much wasted space a regular hotel room has for the average 2-person stay. Didn’t feel any lack of amenities for that price range (<$70/night w/booking.com) considering we weren’t hanging out in our room but for an hour or so before sleeping.
The room price was very reasonable, so my expectations were not high. I had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel because it’s not clearly indicated on the emails or the website and the one place I did find the address showed a barbershop at that location. I called the 800 number and spoke with Someone in India who I had difficulty understanding. Also, the connection was not good. It was clean enough for me, but I don’t think my wife would’ve been happy. The whole place needs a good scouring and maybe some paint. The staff was especially pleasant
Can walk to many food establishments, gas station. Clean, basic breakfast, had all you could want. The building is old, rooms and building shows its age, however clean, toilet kept clogging, I was told this happens a lot, day staff were very nice. For the price it was good enough.
